I am a mature lady who grew up in Europe where, certainly during my childhood, waste was almost unheard of. When I came to the U.S., I was surprised to see how wasteful a society we are. Throughout my years I have kept all my good environmental habits and I am delighted that we are now all starting to ‘get it’ and many of us are taking steps to contribute in our personal lives. I belong to the Environmental Working Group at my company. I always look for ways to better use all environmental resources.
