Green Minds launched quite unobtrusively on April 22nd, 2009 – Earth Day.

It’s a voluntary employee movement started with a small seed of 6 employees. Since then, we have seen the interest grow among Intel India employees as several employees came forward to help with their unique competencies and more importantly, their passion for Green and responsible living.

Last we checked, the Green Minds team was clocking over 60 employees. But, more than the numbers, it is the potential for leveraging the untapped enthusiasm and passion of employees that is compelling.

We would like to see this grow and become a willing and effective channel for any new green initiatives at the site and contribute to our Eco EB.

In short, Green Minds would like to postively influence employees, make sustainability sustainable and see Green become a way of life.
