If you ask for coined money you are reducing the demand for paper. If the demand was equal for both it would be best because we aren't digging up too much metal but we aren't cutting down too many trees. OR use checks kess often having too many checkbooks is a waste of paper!

just use a credit card; then you’re using hypothetical money and not using resources at all, besides a bit of electricity to check your statement. btw: coins cost more to make than what their stated value is. not financially smart, if you ask me.
