Share the Wealth

This suggestion has been promoted to the "Cash-in Your Closet" challenge!

Problems: Is your house cluttered? Something you bought years ago but never use (or even knowing that you have it). Your kids had grown up and not playing with their toys anymore? You had books in boxes in your garage that you have not touch for years? How about your good clean clothes that will not fit you any more? Industries emitted tons of CO2 to produce these products. Toys, books, clothes, furniture, electronics, bycicle, games, just to name a few.

Solution: Garage sale unused items, donates book to library, put items in front yards and marked "freebies". Donates clothes to charities. Someone trashes are someone else treasure. These toys will bring joy to someone else. The whole family will go through the house to clean-up and find something that you have not use or will not use to donate or recycle. Clean environment start with cleaning your own houses.
"Sharing the wealth, folks".

Benefits:
* Your house will be clean, uncluttered and more healthy. More stuffs in your your attract bugs :)
* You may gain few bucks through garage sales
* You feel good of donating things to make someone else their day.
* Reduce tons of CO2 through reducing consumer items.

www.ecosharing.net enables you to share any items with your Facebook friends… It’s different from other sharing websites because it is limited to your Facebook friends so you don’t end up sharing items with people you don’t necessary know or trust.

It is great to clean out your closet and donate or sell your clothes. I do this every year. I also like to collect free samples by mail to donate to charities or the Red Cross.

I took some of my name brand clothes and sold them to a store. Not only did I make $47 but I donated what they wouldn't take to charity. This was a great idea.
