Turn off the T.V., computer, phone for two nights a week (leave the exception of listening to music).

You'd be surprised at how much you can accomplish and fun you can have with roommates, family, friends, and pets when you deplug your afterwork routine.
Play cards or games, have an impromtu music session using everyday items, talk, read, play outside, have a craft contest. It's great to see how much you learn about yourself and others when your not distracted by a glowing rectangle.
