Great one!

Shop at a pre-owned/thrift/consignment store. Encourages people to consider reusing clothing. Lots of cool stuff at a fraction of the price and good for the environment.

I would also like to mention that thrift stores are a great place for inexpensive and unquie gifts for people, especially when it comes to higher end things like jewelry or art (and your friends/family will never be the wiser!)
