Lights Out

Great one!

For one day, do not turn the light on in your bedroom. Use natural sunlight to see in your room. You'll become closer to the environment, warmer from the suns heat, and save tons of energy. When it gets too dark to see by the sun, it's that natural bedtime signal for a great nights rest.

Great one!
