It's not so hard, you just have to find fun ways around it... like installing a basket on your bike, so that you can run your errands and still store your stuff without straining your back! I love riding my bike around town, and it feels wonderful when I get home, and know that my errands are complete, as well as my daily exercise! EASY PEASY! Done and done!
